CZM Announces Financing of $600,000

Vancouver, BC, Canada, CZM Capital Corp, CZM is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement consisting of up to 3,000,000 flow-through shares at 15 cents per share for proceeds of $450,000 and up to 1,000,000 common share units at 15 cents consisting of one common share and one share purchase warrant for proceeds of $150,000. Each warrant is exercisable into one common share for one year from the closing date at a price of 20 cents per share. The shares are subject to a hold period of four months and one day from the date of issuance. Finder's fees will be paid in connection with this financing.

CZM Capital Corp. is a mineral resource company focused on the exploration and development of precious metal properties in Canada with a particular emphasis on the Tagish Lake region of Northern British Columbia.
