CZM Capital Corp. Commences Lorraine Mine Drill Program
Vancouver, B.C., Canada, CZM Capital Corp., (TSX.V: CZM), is pleased to report that the Company hasspotted the first drill holeon the Lorraine Mine Property on November 1, 2005. The drillers expected to be drilling by night shiftand CZM shouldhave coreby the end of today. The first hole is aimed at testingan off-hole anomaly foundduring a previous phase of drilling by Hinterland Metals Inc. (TSXV: HMI) in2004.

CZM is also pleased to announce the launch the Company's website at www.czmcapital.com 

CZM is currently completing a program of up to 2000 meters of deep drilling and down-hole geophysics to test for high grade, vein-type gold mineralization. This mineralization was referenced in old mine records from the sixth level of the Lorraine Mine and has never been followed up: "...assays for a length of 92' averaged 1.32 ounces per ton gold, 1.19 ounces per ton silver..." Recently, numerous gold values up to a maximum of 13.8 g/t were obtained from surface samples of disseminated chalcopyrite mineralization.

The program will also test for Ni-Co-Pd sulphide bodies at depth and disseminated Cu-Au-Ag-Pt mineralization in the surrounding wall rock.

Taku Gold Announces Private Placement
February 24th, 2009

Taku Gold Corp. announces a non-brokered private placement totalling $400,000. These funds will be raised by the Company issuing up to 4,000,000 non-flow-through units at a price of $0.10 per unit, each unit consisting of one common share and one-half share purchase warrant.
